But as I have heard from people it is very common to approach the bear so close to secure the shot. I don't think this has nothing to do with bravery, those people are insane!

That is crazy. Imagine if you missed, or just barely hit him. That bear would be mad. I hope he carries a side arm.

I think that guy is insane. These is some sense in waiting the bear from some safe spot among the threes but this guy is just nuts.
