 |  I drink mostly water and juice. When I used to do outside properety maintenance (mow lawns, trim trees, etc.) I would sweat alot int the florida heat and it would be white on my clothes. Thats when I would drink Gatorade or simply add a little salt into my water to replenish the salts. But mostly water for me  |
