Default Buying Online

Is it good to buy scuba diving gears online? What website is the best when it comes to scuba gears?

I generally check any gears before buying them. There are good deals on gears in the internet but I can't physically check them. So I'm asking if its good to buy online goods even without checking them.

Unfortunately I am not an expert of the scuba diving but I am absolutely sure that it is absolutely inadmissible to buy such complicated equipment without checking it and without the special consultation from the specialist.
In addition I had the negative experience of buying goods online.

If you are going to buy online, you should buy from a reputable seller and make sure about the details and conditions of the equipment you are going to buy as well as the terms and conditions involved.

You need to remember this is something you will be trusting your life to. Would you buy a second hand ventilator if you couldn't breathe for your self on land. I really wouldn't buy second hand.

Well, that does make sense. I guess you would have convinced me with that argument if I were into diving. I've done a bit of snorkeling but no diving.
