Default Physical requirements

Does anyone know the minimum physical requirements for getting a scuba license? I am healthy, but I am on the older side and not sure if I could meet them.

As far as I know as long as you can lift the tank you are in, but don't quote me on that.

There is an age requirement for some areas, I think you have to be over 13.

The best way to find out is to go and ask an instructor at a scuba school.

I have seen older people enjoying their pensions on scuba diving. May we know how old you are? I know some people who are at their 50's that have scuba license.
