2012 Liquid Logic Remic Black Ops

Has anyone demoed the new 2012 Liquid Logic Remix Black Ops edition? I know these are brand new but thought maybe by chance someone here has tried one out. I like the looks of them as I don't need a bright kayak to be noticed as this would be my river runner.

My concern is whether or not these kayaks would be too hot? Would they heat up too hot on long journeys? I typically take at least 1-2 paddle trips a year where we are on the water for 6-8 hours a day and on some hotter days too as one trip typically falls on fourth of July weekend.

Any help would be great, maybe you haven't tried this kayak specifically but had one in a darker color?

Dont know if it would heat up more than a different color one as I have never used a black kayak, but it is a pretty bad *** looking kayak, haha

I'd think the surface might get awfully hot in the sun and your legs might bake, but it does look good!

Love the paint job, but like others have said, I would worry about it attracting the heat.

I think I've made my decision! Just waiting for them to come into my neighborhood shop but the black ops in black and green is my choice thus far. It looks like the pic I published before but in ecto cooler green instead of blue. Can't wait to paddle!!
