Camera on the Head

Do you have any recommendations on what kind of camera I should for the head. I want to go spelunking and I want to capture the trip using a camera on the head so that I won't have to hold it.

Whoa! Had me a little scared at first, once it saw that spelunking was involved I was relieved. At first I though we had a perverted sailor signing on. I guess it all depends on what type of camera you have. I don't have a lot of experience with this, but a friend of mine has one mounted on his biking helmet to record his trips.
