In case Santa is paying attention...

Any particular type of outdoor gear or clothing you are starting to drop hints about, just in case Santa is paying attention? I'm wishing for snow shoes!

I wanted a new down filled shirt/jacket for backpacking, but Santa stumbled across a great deal last week so I all ready have it. The hints now are trending to new snowshoes as well.

I haven't come up with any good ideas yet. I would actually be pretty pleased with nothing for once. Take the money that they'd use to get a gift and donate to a foundation, or through a program were it will help a family in need.

Still debating on the x-wing for my kayak, but I told both sides of the family what I would really like, is for everyone to come over around march, and help build a big playset for my kids birthday. The are both born in march, it is fairly warm, and we can make a weekend out of it. That is what I would really love.

Hmmm going to need a kayak PFD before too long. Actually I'm needing (wanting) a lightweight sleeping bag and pad for this coming summer... hint hint.
