Chili - oh yeah

My wife made a big pot of chili yesterday. I am loving it! It's spicy just the way I like it. You know fall is coming when you come home to chili.

Anyone else have chili yet?

Yes we made some over the last weekend. We also made broccoli and cheese soup too! It was in the 60s here but now back up into the 70s. I love fall because I love all the comfort foods we eat!

My Daughter makes great chili, I'm a fan of most any type. Hot too! Nothing better than a big bowl of spicy hot chili to get the inner working in gear!

That's funny because we were just talking about chili yesterday. We want to get everything we need to make it and throw it all in the crock pot and let it cook all day. Nothing like already having dinner cooked at the end of the day.

It has been a lot time since I have had chili. It does sound wonderful though. We made a big pot of chicken soup from scratch last night. I love soups and stews on cool nights.

That is what we do, toss it together in the crock-pot and let it cook all day! I love crock-pot meals, they are the best.

The chicken soup sounds delicious too!

Ya'll are going to make me go back to the grocery store! We make chili in the crockpot year round, but some broccoli cheese soup sounds awesome.

We make chili all year. It's one of my favorite foods. I always have pimento cheese with chili, I make my own. It's one of my specialties. Love to spice it up with a few jalapenos though. It's not chili unless it burns going down.

I use to go up to my mother and step-fathers property when he'd go hunting and a huge pot of chili was always necessary for him. I wasn't really a fan of it, but he loved it. I had to deal with the after effects of gas in the camper those nights. I'm scared of chili. :P
