Grilled out today

Today it was almost 50 degrees out which is unseasonably warm. I decided it was time to do a little winter grilling and made burgers outside. They were so delicious and it made me want summer to come fast.

We pretty much grill year round around here, but it has been a little wetter than normal this year. On a pretty Saturday it is a great way to keep the kids and adults entertained outside.

We grill year round too, but we cut back a lot in the winter. We try to keep it to once a month until about April or May because once summer comes we grill as much as five nights a week.

We like to grill a lot too and do most of the year here in Florida. A lot of time in the summer I will use my grill like an oven and cook roast and such in it. I don't like to heat up the kitchen with our oven inside.

Year round grilling here. The only thing that changes is what we cook because no grill is going to act the same when it's 10f and windy as it does during the summer.
