I've certainly never seen that anywhere around here. According to the WVDNR site it does occur in WV, mainly in the eastern mountain counties. I've hunted a good bit in those places and never seen it, although it is not a very striking plant, and I certainly wasn't looking for it either.

Guess its one more thing to keep a weather eye out for.

I haven't seen it in WV or VA.

I never saw it in either Montgomery or Giles counties in VA when I was in school at VT.

Thanks for the information! I didn't know that the difference was in the type of blister left on the skin. I'm going to have to look them both up now.
