Default West Nile

Our district just got a warning that mosquitoes tested positive in our area for West Nile. There's a whole bunch of things you're supposed to do when outdoors for any length of time. Is there a dump somewhere I don't know about?

Maybe she worries west nile could be connected to people dumping trash? We have had a lot of horses get it here, but no people yet.

I would think large areas of water would be more of an issue than a dump.
