Default outdoor military tour in israel

just got back from an extreme military tour in israel with a company called LionOps. unbelievable experience for outdoor enthusiasts like ourselves. not only did i get to go off-roading, shoot guns, learn military techniques and go skydiving - i got to do all of this outdoors in the holiest place in the world. pretty wild experience and incredible scenery. highly recommend this trip to people looking for an "out of the box" and extreme adventure.

Wow, I took one of those tours back in '68. Some little podunk jungle over in SE Asia. They called our little exercise the Tet Offensive. Great sport, wading through swamps, shooting guns, jumping out of helicopters into mine fields. Definately some off-roading involved. Some of the scenery was pretty nightmarish. Really didn't enjoy that vacation much. But it was what you would call extreme adventure.

Adventuring in Israel also involves the possibility of "splodeydopes" or unexpected rocket showers. It's a bit on the extreme side for me...although I wouldn't mind going there one day...after Alaska, Australia and New Zealand...oh yeah- and a visit to my friends in Finland.

Sounds interesting. Where did you get the idea to do this?

You could have gone a bit further north and I'm sure Hizbollah would have treated you to an "extreme adventure" completely free of charge!

Don't expect a reply.

Normally, when you get a post like this, and the person doesn't ever respond or post anything else, it's just SPAM trying to promote the company mentioned.

That's not always the case Lamebeaver, but I see your point. The conversation is interesting though. I agree with fisherman about it being dangerous with the violence over there, but I've also heard Israel is a very beautiful place from a lady friend of mine that has been there.
