Smile Another new guy!!
My name is Weedy and I'm from SW Florida, do most of my camping down in the Everglades or 10,000 islands just north of the Everglades. Will try and post some pics up of the last few camping trips we had down there! All of our spots are accessed by boats only! Last trip we had down in the 10,000 Islands, I had 41 people, around 30 boats! We had a blast, fresh seafood, fresh air, NO BUGS and a great bunch of people! Looking forward to looking around the forum, lots of interesting topics from what I have seen so far! Hope to offer up expereince in equipment and suggestions and look forward to meeting ya'll! Have a GREAT weekend!!!!!

Hi weedy,glad you signed up. I havnt been a member to long but I love It I am sure you will to. Have to tell us about florida. I hear alot of good things about florida. I would love to go there somday.

Hi weedy, welcome to the forum. I have a question about the everglades. I heard there was a big problem with ball pythons that people release there, do you ever see them? Is that true?

Welcome Weedy! I have been wanting to do some camping along the Okeefenokee area have always been interested in boat camping. Can't wait to see your take on it. NO BUGS you say, we don't have that luck I always thought Everglades was bug heaven typical swamp. "Camp and Live Longer"

Welcome aboard from a fellow Floridian, Weedy. Glad to have you here.

SW Florida, huh? I like to go to Captiva and Sanibel Island. Beautiful areas for a weekend getaway with the ole wife.

Ft. Meyers and Naples are also decent areas to visit.
