Yeah Jason, you came close...if youda kept east bout another 30 miles, youda been in my front yard. And as far as a whole lotta nothin on I-49...sounds about right. There is one place tho...gas station/truck stop down around Natchitoches...best dang crawfish meat pies I ever had.
Only had crawfish once. I forget where, but they were salty as could be. Someone said they are not supposed to be that salty. But I have yet to hear of a crawfish meat pie.
