Default Best Ginger Tea Recipes

What is your best Ginger tea recipes? My doctor confirmed that Ginger is a must have spice for reducing inflammation and that making Ginger tea is the best way to fight it. What is an easy way to make Ginger tea while camping?

I just take regular tea and throw some crystallized ginger candy into it. When the tea is gone I eat the ginger from the bottom of the cup. Delicious.

You might look into Tumeric (the yellow spice in mustard) capsules, too. Actual clinical studies indicate a strong anti-inflammatory effect in humans.

1 Cup hot ginger tea. 1/2 cup bourbon, and twist of lemon.

Lame beaver's got it right! Ginger tea and bourbon is fanatic, it is also really good with brandy! Never drink and drive! Of course that is probably not the best drink for hot weather!
