Default Camping for a month

Hello,
I am taking leave and plan on tent camping in a remote area for a month. I am looking for ideas about types of food and storage for the food. I am going to start packing stuff in a couple of months before I start my month long stay and don’t want a bear or other critters to get my stash. I have all the necessary camping gear but have never had to plan for this long of a remote camping trip. Thanks in advance for any ideas.

Freeze dried foods, Bear bag or canisters. When you say remote area, will you be car camping or backpacking?

I was thinking of those food packs that the military uses. Dehydrated I think? You just add water. Of course it depends on if you are hiking with your food or if you will have a vehicle to stash it in.
