Default Coconut treat

Have you ever tried this coconut treat on the campfire. I just saw a recipe and it calls for Italian bread, condensed milk and flaked coconut. You dip the bread in the milk and then dip that in the flaked coconut. Then you toast over the fire like you would a marshmallow. It’s supposed to taste like coconut pie – I can’t imagine it would but it’s worth a try.

I have never tried this recipe, but I am going to on my next trip. My husband loves coconut, so this might be a special treat, to surprise him with. I wonder if I can somehow add chocolate to this recipe? I am quite a chocoholic, and try to squeeze it into as many recipes as I can!
