Make baked steak with it. Bread it and cook it in a crock pot or electric skillet with some tomato sauce, garlic, onions, mushrooms and sliced peppers. Add some zuchini or summer squash toward the end so it doesn't over cook. Serve it over rice or noodles.

I had cubed steak for dinner last night. Fry it up soaked in worcestershire sauce. Good stuff.

I love to do this in the slow cooker. Flour them and pop them in the skillet with hot oil to brown on both sides. Pat them dry, put in slow cooker with potatoes. Then I cover them with pepper gravy and cook on low for a few hours. YUM YUM, and it's not tough that way.
