Default Dyed color logs?

I just read about this and it seems people have done this before, for years. I never even knew about it. Heck I never even thought about it, so how do you do it?

What are you talking about? Do you mean firewood that burns in pretty colors? If so, just cut some Sumach. It burns in eight different colors of flame - high copper content, very pretty.

I have never heard of either of these things before, but now I am going to have to go look it up and see what I can find out!
