Favorite rub

For beef lovers out there, what is your favorite beef rub to make your steak taste good? I'm tired of the same olive oil, salt and pepper rub so I want to experience a new taste.

I found this one time. I liked it. Seafood & Barbeque Rubs and Seasonings Source - Butt Rub.com Even the wife seems to like it. She says the one I make is too spicy. I usually use Alton Browns modified with extra hot spices.
