Default Favorite Trail Mix?

Do you have a favorite type of trail mix? I tend to make my own using dried fruits, coconut, all types of nuts (or those on sale), and a bit of chocolate just because I love it! I also carry cheese crackers with peanut butter which seem to give me a good boost. If I can keep the nut content up, it really helps my energy level to stay constant.

So what do you make?

Ummm, let's see. I like peanuts, walnuts, pecans, raisins, dried cranberries and blueberries. Then I usually will put other things in that I have in the cupboard that needs to be used before they get old like dates or figs. I love, love, love trail mix and eat it all of the time, not just when we're hiking.

I like granola, and whatever dried fruit I can get my hands on like dried bananas or pineapple. Peanuts or cashews or both and some M & M's also go in!

Same basic ingredients as long as I have something to eat outdoors. You will see some almonds, cashew, pistachios, banana chips, and M&M's on my bowl.
