Default Ka-bobs

What do you put on your ka-bobs? What do you use for sticks? I like the metal skewers as they seem to last longer than the sticks. I like the sticks too because there is no clean up.

Looking for new ideas on what to put on the ka-bobs.

We use chicken and shrimp as the meat. Then we pretty much put any type of vegetable on them. Mushrooms, peppers, onions, cherry tomatoes and we even sometimes put pineapples on them.
