Mini meatloaf

We made little mini meatloaf burgers last weekend when we were camping. My hubby lined the campfire grate with foil and we tossed them on. Usually we make regular hamburgers but the kids wanted meatloaf! We whipped up the meatloaf mixture at home on Friday and grilled them on the campfire Friday night. It was like a hot meatloaf sandwich! We most certainly will be making them again!

While storing it did you have to do anything different than normal? I have never taken meatloaf on a trip before, most times that is left for foods at home to dine on.

Sounds pretty yummy to me. We do this all the time at home I just don't cook them on the grill, not on the outside grill anyway. Did you cook them individually wrapped?
