Default My Trusty Old Knife

I have an old filet knife that has been around for years. I always wash it by hand so the finish on the wood doesn't get messed up. It is the best all purpose knife anyone could possibly have. It's great for doing everything from filleting a fish, to deboning a chicken, to chopping up veggies. I even use it at home when I'm on cooking duty.

I have a Rapala filet knife that has to at least 40 years old. I can't even remember when i got it. Still works fine. Just touch up the blade now and then and you're good to go. A good knife should outlast at least one owner LOL.
