Default Pineapple cake

We make this stuff to take with us on day hikes as a treat. It's good warm, it's good cold, it's lightweight, and it's tasty.

Basically, you take some angel-food cake mix, and make it as usual, but mix in a can of crushed pineapple. It can be cut into small, spongy squares that hold together well, and it's quite a treat when it's hot out. Just pack some in a ziplock and you're good to go.

Hi...

Sounds great. One of my favorite types of cake is pineapple (upside down) cake, and I'm sure your's will be as tastey.
