Pizza sandwiches

I just wanted to say that we have been eating a lot of pizza sandwiches lately. No, not at camp but at home. I've been cooking them on the George Foreman Pannini grill. The kids loved them on the campfire (pie irons) so we have been making them at home. Of course they tell me they are not quite as good as the pie iron pizza sandwiches!

We are crazy when it comes to the quesadilla maker that a friend got us one year, kind of like how you are experimenting with the grill. I have never tried a home made pizza like that though, I wonder if I could make a quesadilla pizza?

This thread is making me hungry! I finally replaced my Foreman grill (we go through like 3 a year!), and I might just have to pull it out and make one of these for lunch today. I skipped dinner last night, and I am starving!
