Wow- I have never heard of newspaper in the ribs. What a great tip. To be honest I'm not a good rib cooker (on the grill) they always seem tough. I'm going to try it this way and see if it works.

It's actually easier in the dutch oven than the foil because you can check them and add the bbq sauce earlier. Good luck and good eating
