Interesting thread. I love toasted marshmallows! When I was a child and we had a bonfire every Guy Fawkes night, we always threw some potatoes in the fire and then dragged them out with a stick. They were black and burnt outside and raw in the middle but tasted delicious. It's the act of cooking on an open fire that makes anything taste wonderful!

I grill Polish Sausages on the grill. Mmmmmm. I love them. I do cook them slowly though to make sure they are cooked inside. Use them to make kebabs with onions and green peppers and you have nirvana. LOL

Love the post about the flaming marshmallow, Newanderthal! I never thought of that before but I'll sure be watching those little flaming blobs of fire from here on!
