I start with ground sirloin and add 1/2 cup oatmeal, 1/2 cup spinach, 1 egg, onion, and 2 tablespoons of your favorite cheese. Then you mix it all together and form four patties. It is delicious and so healthy.

Troll's Cajun Seasoning

13 tsp salt (or sodium-free salt substitute)
4 tsp onion powder
2 tsp cayenne pepper
2 tsp black pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp chili powder

I put this on everything. Mix up a batch and sprinkle on before you cook.

Another blend for the spice cabinet! Thank you Newanderthal.

I can eat burgers most any way, but I'm not a lover of cheese on them (Figure the odds on that). I do love cheese...all kinds...just leave it off my burger. When I want a burger, I want to taste the meat! If I want cheese, I'll eat it later with crackers. Any who...I like burgers piled high with most anything, or spiced up with a mix in the meat or just plain. To me it's all about the burger itself.......Thanks guys, I'm craving a burger now!

When I was a teenager, I worked at McDonald's. I once made a Big Mac with the meat from a Quarter Pounder. Daaaaaaaaaam was that good!

I'm like sarge regarding the cheese. I love cheese and I love hamburger, but not together.
