Default State Park Offers Outdoor Cooking Class

I am so psyched. I just found out that Mississinewa State Park, located just a few miles from me in Indiana, is offering outdoor cooking classes. I have already signed up. I do the cooking on all our camping trips and am always looking for new dishes to fix.

Wow, I wonder if they do anything like that down here. Always interested in learning new stuff.

Wow! I would love this too. I'm going to check it out and see if they are offering anything similar in my area. How neat it would be to see how others cooked outside.

That's a great way to encourage people to get outdoors more often. Any idea what kind of cooking they'll be demonstrating? Any dutch oven recipes?

I am going to have to look up state parks near where I live and see what they have to offer. My girls will be out for spring break in a few weeks and I am hoping they will have something to keep us busy with.

Thats awsome! What a great idea. I would sign up for classes if they were around here. There used to be a show on RFD? It was on DirecTV. A few years ago. Called...let me think... AH! Campfire Cafe. They would cook in state parks over the fire. Great show and I wonder if it is still on?
