Your welcome.. I have found they have the best quality water bottle filters on the market and one of a very few that are EPA approved.

It happened to me plenty of times. luckily there were natural springs in the vicinity so it wasn't a big problem, but even if they weren't I would have just boiled some water and problem solved.

I carry an MSR Miniworks filter pump and love that pump. During the spring and fall when water is easy to find I never carry more than 2 liters with me.
