Vinegar Cole Slaw
That's a good recipe.

You can always add to the slaw by bringing some "Real Bacon Bits" along. Because bacon goes well with everything.

Vinegar, oil, sugar, don't have the recipe but iirc its a german slaw.

I tried some with shredded apples and grapes in it. It was the mayonnaise type though. But it was really good. I was surprised with the unusual ingredients in it. I almost didn't try it but did and it was delicious.

Most of these non mayo slaws can also be dehydrated in the dehydrator or the oven and rehydrated with a little less than equal amount of water and make a nice salad for backpacking or easy camping, when you don't feel like cooking.
