quick mini pizzas!

This should be able to be done in a camp oven or especially if you have a travel trailer. We get those grand biscuits and either flatten them out with your hand or roll them. Add some pizza sauce along with your favorite toppings and cook until browned. They are as good as any you would buy in a pizza place.

Those sound like they would be really good. I love the Grands biscuits so I would think they would make a good pizza crust. I think I will give these a try at home first then maybe take a couple packs along the next time we go camping. Thanks for sharing.

how do you cook them ? covered pan or wraped in foil ?

Oh, that sounds good and super easy. This way everyone can put their own toppings on. I think I am going to get the stuff to make these at home tomorrow.

Yum! We make all kinds of pizza and you are right it's just as good as any pizzeria. I'm curious on how you cook these too? Do you wrap them in foil?
