For 1 pound ground meat:
1 T chili powder
1/4 t garlic powder
1/4 t onion powder
1/4 t crushed red pepper flakes
1/4-1/2 t oregano
1/2 t paprika
1 1/2 t ground cumin
1 t (or none) sea salt
1 t black pepper
I grilled some chicken with this mix and it was great! I think I'll put a spice jar of this in my chuck box.
