Has anyone ordered from them before? A friend of mine suggested their site as a new one that we can order a few things for (they are doing some sale this weekend). I just want to make sure its a good site before I hand over my personal info to them.

I've been ordering from them since the days when you had to send a check or money order.
Funny thing is.....their catalog hasn't changed much in 25 years.

I've never....ever had a problem and their customer service has always been great. I'm a decades old customer and still use them all the time.

They have a great reputation, and you can find some really great deals. I've had to return a few things that didn't fit right, and there was never any problem.

They have been around a long time.
Even though I have never bought anything from them I know they are a reputable company.

I've been doing business with them for years. They seem to work at keeping their overhead low, which makes their prices a bit lower.

I have also been a customer for years with no complaints. There shipping prices are good too. They did change the catolog. They added color to the cover and I think they changed the size once.

That's right! They did add a drop of color or two on the cover.Really adds a splash and catches your eye now with all that color and glossy graphics!
