No kidding. Their mail catalog looks the same now as it did back in the early 90's when I first started using them.

Campmor rocks! I've spent about $1,000 - $1500 in the past 10 years and will continue using them.

Once had an order get messed up. They shipped the wrong item. I made a phone call and got it fixed in 5 minutes. Shipped the wrong item back, the correct item was rushed to me, and I got a rebate that more than covered the return shipping.

One of the best. I'm fortunate that their only brick and mortar store is a 30 minute drive from home and I simply love wandering the place.

For some reason EMS decided to open a store right next to Campmor about three years ago. Campmor is still always packed and EMS has very few customers. That should tell you something right there.
