| I have a special built closet with a rod across the top for hanging all of my bags uncompressed.
Even the new synthetics should never be compressed until you use them.
I even store them loose in my truck en route to the trailhead most of the time if it's a long ride.
Take care of a quality bag and it will serve you well within it's temperature range.
