| Probably a few hundred bucks a month depending on what utilities you want with the space. I have nothing to base that on other than a uneducated guess.
A dry site will be cheaper than h2o, sewer, electric included spot.
Perhaps a storage unit would be more what you are seeking, they generally charge by the foot.
