Default It's always something, isn't it?

I was in the home stretch. I had tested all the systems in my trailer except the water. I thought "Could this be the year for no minor repairs?" But no. The seals for the water pump are dried out. It's always something, isn't it?

Hey, at least you test and maintain your stuff. Can't tell you how many stories I've heard from people who found out the hard way on a trip and had no idea how to deal with it.

Yes, that is good that you test everything. We were camping one time and someone parked a small travel trailer by us, went to set everything up and their water system had a bad leak. Bet they wish they had tested everything out before they left!

Yeah, you are saving yourself the trouble. I don't think I've had one year where I haven't had to make a repair to my house boat and trailer. I know it's not the same thing, but I have the same home of having a year where everything works!

Ah the joys of owning a travel trailer....mine is a 1985 model, it is a constant fight and yes, it is ALLWAYS something.

"....I am determined to sustain myself as long as possible & die like a soldier who never forgets what is due to his own honor & that of his country - Victory or Death." - William B. Travis, Feb. 1836, The Alamo.
