Looking at a used camper tomorrow

I guess it's the right time to be looking for a camper. I checked craigstlist and there were several of them to look at. I hope that we end up buying one tomorrow (we are looking at 4 of them).

Just a tip. Pay particular attention to the floor. Most of them are made of particleboard or OSB and can get pretty weak in a hurry if they get wet. Check the floor inside cabinets and storage lockers for softening. It's nearly impossible to repair the floor without ripping the inside apart.

also check the ceiling for water spots or new paint . a sign of a roof leak

Make sure to also check out the battery electrolyte level when you check it out. Low levels of battery electrolyte can be a sign that the RV has been neglected for some time.
