Oh they are just nuts and messing with us, very late April fools joke. They still plan to keep the 5th wheel but only visit in short trips. The bad part is I have no idea who would be driving as the MIL does not drive that well in a car let along a huge thing like this.

Are there any city regulations that might prevent this from happening?
How about suggest a local RV park to give "them" some privacy?
