Default Are pop-up trailers complicated?

I am kind of thinking about getting a pop-up trailer. I am thinking it would be easier to pull behind our car, since we don't have a truck or SUV. But, how hard or how much work is required in putting it all together? Are they worth it?

I watched the video with ours and we went out to try it. First try was 14 minutes. Now we think nothing of it and it goes up, and comes down quickly. So quick, we've never been caught up in bad weather even.

No they are not hard to pop up at all. I can do it without my husband although I don't like to. The key is to work on it at home before you take it to camp. Follow the directions and don't push things into place when they don't want to go (you could ruin it).

We had one as a kid, they are fairly simple to set up and use. I wouldn't mind owning another one again now that I am an adult.

Easy peasy. As the others have said, make sure you practice before you get out in the campgrounds. I used to have an old one and it was a bear at first but with a bit of practice, it was very easy to do.

It's a piece of equipment that you need to be familiar with, like any other piece of equipment you own. The key is to use it lots! Then it's second nature.

The first time might be a little complicated, but they are fairly easy. Once you've popped it once, you'll know how it works.

We had an old pop-up we used for a few years before it wore out. I would love to get a new one because I'm sure it would be even easier than the old one we used. They are so much easier than a tent and I like how they sit low behind our SUV.
