Default Seed In BOB

Don't forget to add garden seed in your BOB. I was talking to a friend the other day and he had this idea. I thought it was a good one so I'm passing it along. When you have to use it, you never know when you will be able to get back home if at all.

I don't get it. Why is this a good idea?

Me either. A BOB is intended to support you and yours for a quick getaway, for a short period of time. Not be a covered wagon to a new home. OTOH seed is pretty light, so WTH! Just remember, it does tend to expire after a while.

Couldn't help but think of the other definition of "BOB" when reading this....

Well they don't weigh anything so it's certainly not a bad idea. If they are kept from freezing or getting too hot I think they are good for several years.
