Default Vermont Hunting accident

There was another hunting accident over the weekend in Vermont. Apparently a guy accidentally shot his hunting partner, and then turned the gun on himself. Very sad. Here is the link : U.S. News - Two dead in Vermont hunting accident

Good deal Eddie, that is the way we all should hunt.
This is also why I volunteer my time and teach the Texas Hunters Safety Education.
Very unnecassary and uncalled for.

If Im not 100% comfortable with the background of my shot I won't take it- it's just that simple. If I'm not sure of my target, I won't shoot. It would be extremely hard to live with myself if I shot or (God forbid) killed someone.

I usually don't trek very far,
when all around me iggys are.

Hi...

Yes...and, unfortunately...they're showing up in many states. Please keep us posted on the outcome of the investigation if you can.

I try very hard NOT to use the word "accident", because...to me... there are no "accidents"...they all have a cause.

In some states, some hunters have actually gotten away with such crimes.

"Corporal...have you seen any iggys around here?" "I thought I saw one in the trench over there, LT."

The story sounds fishy to me. There's got to be way more behind this. Why off yourself if it was an accident. How selfish is that?

Default Hunters killed...

...but maybe the iggies will go home...??

Hi...

Regarding the two hunters killed in Vermont...are the states now issuing hunting licenses to sightless people?
