Have you tried a diversion ditch on the up hill side to rout the water around your tent?????

Sounds like it's time for a new tent. I would part with a bit more money and make sure it's what you want. Look at the tent first before you buy it and make sure it has the details you want. It also sounds like it may be time for a much bigger tent.
