Default Leak maybe?

We set up our tent a couple of days ago and camped in it last night (out back). When I woke up this morning the floor was a bit wet. It did rain finally last night. Not sure if it's dew or what? How can I tell?

Set the tent up in your back yard and turn on your sprinkler.

Did you use seam-sealer on your tent? Most tents, even the ones that are taped, need to have the seams sealed.

That being said, there's a good chance what you experienced was from condensation. Without good air circulation, your breath will condense on the inside of the tent.

Did you use a drop under it? The pressure and movement of your body can cause water to pump up through the floor when the ground is heavily saturated.

Or if you used a drop did it extend past the wall of the tent? If it did water will puddle on top of it and again it will pump through the floor.

if it rained, humidity could have gotten inside the tent and later condensed. do the sprinkler test to make sure.
