Mine is heavier than that as it's an older model. I think it's closer to 8 lbs. Certainly a downside.

Arc' Teryx Khazri 55 which is 3661 cu inches (or 60 L), and 4 lbs, 4 oz. It doesn't have a bunch of pockets on the sides as it is made more for alpine backpacking where scrambling is common.
