How young?

A friend of mine in Phoenix takes his girl to an indoor rock/wall climbing place and I am thinking about it myself but I am wondering what if any age limits they have. Has anyone here ever taken their kids?

I see a lot of young people climbing, I sound like I'm 60...I don't think there is an age limit they are strapped in and under supervision, the worst thing that can happen he/she finds out really early that she hates rock climbing.
I think I was 10 first time I climbed, if that helps any.
