Believe it or not, I've found some great deals on craigslist for camping gear. Not sure if you can get some diving stuff. I would just go on everyday and take a look. The stuff can go quick. I just picked up a North West Territory 9x9 for $20.

The basic equipment needed to scuba dive is the BCD , mask , fins , snorkel , regulator , gauges a watch and weights. However, one of the biggest advances for the recreational diver is the dive computer . It has given the scuba diver the ability to optimize downtime, monitor one's performance and dive safely.

The most commonly used scuba set today is the "single-hose" open circuit 2-stage diving regulator, coupled to a single pressurized gas cylinder, with the first stage on the cylinder and the second stage at the mouthpiece
Less common, but becoming increasingly available, are closed and semi-closed rebreathers
