Nope, If you are aware of your surroundings it won't usually happen and I would suggest you keep a safe distance from dangerous creatures unless your a pro. I know its quite beautiful down there but don't forget your underwater lol.

No one dies while scuba diving. You should know swimming basically lol. It will be kind of nervous for the first time. But after that you will love it. Its a great adventure.

i don't agree with the post above. There have been plenty of divers that have gotten attacked by sharks while scuba diving. It is very dangerous down under and you must be alert at all times. I wouldn't personally do it. I heard there were monsters down there lol

No such worries. A pro would probably laugh at you. Yes you have some risks. But, you will have proper training before you go on diving. We follow some routines here.

Nope, never been bitten. Slapped a shark on the butt once but that was it. No, I didn't do it on purpose and I do not recommend that as a course of action.

Sea snakes are usually 3-4 feet long with flat tails, valvelike nostril flaps, and scales. They live in the tropical and warm regions of the Indian and Pacific Oceans. Sea snakes are not found in the Atlantic Ocean, along the North American coast, or in the Caribbean Sea. Sea snakes are usually not aggressive unless provoked. Most bites do not cause significant poisonings.
